Terms of Service

By using PandaCoding ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Service Description

PandaCoding provides access to AI coding assistant capabilities via a proxy API. The Service is provided on an "as-is" basis.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
One account per person. Sharing accounts is not permitted.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal purpose
Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt the Service
Resell or redistribute access to the Service without authorization
Generate content that violates applicable laws
Exceed reasonable usage limits or abuse the API

5. Pricing and Payment

Pricing is usage-based (per token) as displayed on the platform.
Prices may change with 7 days notice.
Payments are processed through our payment partners.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime.
The Service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PandaCoding and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, with or without notice.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by French law. Disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Niort, France.
