PandaCoding ("we", "us", "our") is operated by TrouveAlexis, a sole proprietorship registered in France (RCS Niort 939 411 880). This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

1. Data We Collect

Email address — when you subscribe or register through our landing page.
UTM parameters — campaign source, medium, and name (from the URL).
IP address — collected automatically on form submission.
Analytics data — page views, clicks, scroll depth, device type, browser, country. Collected via PostHog (self-hosted on our own servers, no data shared with third parties).

2. Why We Collect It

Email — to redirect you to our registration partner and communicate service updates.
Analytics — to understand how our pages perform and improve the experience.
IP address — for fraud prevention and approximate geolocation (country-level).

3. How We Store It

Email addresses and form data are stored in a SQLite database on our VPS (OVH, France).
Analytics data is stored in our self-hosted PostHog instance (OVH, France).
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties.

4. Cookies

Our analytics tool (PostHog) sets first-party cookies to distinguish unique visitors and track sessions. These cookies are:

First-party only (set by pandacoding.cloud, not a third-party domain)
Used solely for analytics purposes
Not used for advertising or cross-site tracking

5. Data Retention

Email and form data: retained until you request deletion.
Analytics data: retained for 12 months, then automatically purged.

Under GDPR (if you are in the EU/EEA), you have the right to:
